1. Introduction
Welcome to Venturest Equities (“Venturest”) (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital wallet functionality (the “Services”). By registering an account, using the Services, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using our Services, you warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Digital Wallet
4.1 Funding Your Wallet
You may fund your wallet using accepted payment methods, including credit, debit cards or electronic funds transfers (EFT). All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Venturest does not provide credit facilities. For the avoidance of doubt, you are prohibited from using a business or corporate card and/or account and/or payment voucher when depositing funds in your wallet with Venturest.
4.2 Use of Wallet Funds
Funds in your wallet may only be used to participate in games or purchase services on approved platforms. Wallet funds are not convertible to actual cash and cannot be transferred to other users. You may provide approved platforms with authority to withdraw from your wallet amounts for the purchase of services on those platforms. Service fees will be applied to these transactions at the agreed rate.
4.3 Withdrawal
Withdrawals of unused wallet balances may be permitted upon request, subject to identity verification (FICA) and processing times. Processing fees or minimum balance requirements may apply.
4.4 No Interest
Funds held in your wallet do not accrue interest.
4.5 Dormant Accounts
A dormant account is an account which has a real money balance, but has not been accessed by you by ‘logging on’ to the Account using your Account name / User ID and password and either (i) making a purchase via the Services, every 30 business days, or (ii) making a deposit as applicable, for any consecutive period of 24 months, then after those 24 months, your Account (and any related account with any Payment Processor) will be deemed ‘Inactive’. Venturest reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on your Account, for as long as the balance is positive, and your account stays dormant.
4.6 Rounding
All transactions on your account are rounded to the nearest Rand. A transaction with a decimal of 0.50 or more will be rounded up and a transaction with a decimal of less than 0.50 will be rounded down.

5. Payment Terms
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases made. You agree not to use stolen or unauthorized payment methods. All transactions are final. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances as detailed in our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
– Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
– Attempt to manipulate purchasing mechanics or exploit vulnerabilities.
– Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
– Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt system security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and game assets are the property of Venturest Equities (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any breach of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be refunded, less applicable fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such practices.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

A financial wallet is a digital tool that allows you to store, send, and receive money securely online.
How do I create an account?
You can register by clicking ‘Sign Up’ and providing the required personal and contact information.

Deposit times vary by method (instant to 2 hours). Withdrawals typically take 5 – 7 business days once all requirements and documentation have been provided. Time may be saved if this information (FICA) is updated on a regular basis.
Can I use the wallet to pay online or send money to others?
No, this wallet service is only available to facilitate the payment and withdrawal of products or services from approved platforms.
Is there a minimum or maximum wallet balance?
No limits apply but extraordinarily large balances are not recommended.
Can I have multiple wallets in different currencies?
No, we currently only support wallets in Rand (ZAR).
Why do I need to verify my identity?
This is required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
What documents are required for verification?
A valid ID (passport or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and sometimes a selfie.
How long does the verification process take?
Usually 24–48 hours, depending on volume and accuracy of the documents provided.
Is my money insured or protected?
Client funds are held in segregated accounts but may not be insured like some bank deposits.
Can I close my wallet account at any time?
Yes. Please contact support to assist with account closure and withdrawal of remaining funds.

All purchases made on our platform are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
